You are not alone as infertility is an increasing problem in our society.  In fact as many as one in six couples may experience difficulties at some point on their journey to parenthood.  Many couples do not seek out advice and continue to struggle with little or no support.  This is where Windsor reflexology can help - providing support, encouragement, advice and a helping hand.

My interest in fertility started 13 years ago when I was struggling for years to get pregnant.  At this time I read every book available and decided to make changes to my diet, reducing my working hours and creating a better work life balance.  I learned how crucial it can be to create the right emotional and physical conditions to achieve my goal of conceiving. I then sought out complementary therapies of reflexology, acupuncture and homeopathy and successfully got pregnant with my daughter Alice.  

This personal experience has led me to qualify in reflexology and coaching and now offer support and preconceptual care for female infertility, male infertility.  Coaching can be invaluable for relationship issues and challenges you are currently facing regarding getting pregnant.

When I coach, my focus is always on you and how to encourage and support you to get into the best resourceful state you can.  Quite often clients are feeling a lack of control over their situation and are feeling helpless and hopeless.  Coaching helps to address these feelings.  The benefits you will experience are that you will feel more positive, hopeful and in control of your fertility.  When you have coaching you will receive support and encouragement  - I will give you techniques and skills which will enable you to restore a greater level of relaxation and reduce stress.  These same techniques have been shown to improve IVF success rates.
