Windsor Reflexology

When you contact me by phone or email I will ask you some questions and listen carefully to find more about YOU.  I want to understand  what it is you are looking for and how best I can help you.  This is the start of building a relationship which I feel is fundamental to the treatment process.  The more you feel relaxed and trust me - the more beneficial the treatment will be.  As well as being a reflexologist, I have also trained in person centred counselling and life coaching so you can be fully reassured that I am good at listening and will treat all you tell me confidentially.

If you are looking for information about how nutrition can help fertility I have studied for 3 years and have a  BSc (Hons) in biochemistry which has given me a great foundation to understand in great detail about fertility and infertility and food and nutrition and the importance of following a healthy balanced diet and exercise programme.

How do you know if I am an experienced reflexologist?

Come for a reflexology session and then you would know for sure!

• In 2002 I qualified with distinction at the respected Practitioner's School of Reflexology where I was taught by Andrew James
   
• I have been giving reflexology to clients since 2002
   
• Many clients are referred to me from other complementary therapists in the Berkshire area, such as Anna Foxell at Windsor Homeopathic Practice
   
• Clients who attend NCT or birth matters classes who come to me for reflexology during their pregnancies.

What other skills do I have?

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and work to the Ethics and Code of Practice defined by the AoR. I am fully insured with the AoR.

I am committed to continuing my professional development through regularly attending courses and workshops. I attend the Association of Reflexologists' Area Group for Berkshire - this is a support group for Reflexologists practising in the Berkshire area.

My treatment room

My comfortable and tranquil riverside treatment room has been designed to give you a wonderfully relaxing experience of reflexology. It is in Old Windsor which is easily accessible from Windsor, Englefield Green, Eton, Ascot, Virginia Water, Wraysbury, Staines and Egham.

Some of my long standing clients travel from further afield Sweden, London, Norwich, Camberley and Bagshot to continue to have a reflexology treatment with me.
