Reflexology and fertility coaching

Welcome to Windsor Reflexology my name is Jane and I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and coach specialising in fertility related issues.  Through the experience of treating my clients and the many hours of research and study I have now developed a programme designed to optimise a couple's chance of conception naturally.  By deciding to follow a pre-conceptual care programme you feel more in control and pro-active about increasing your chances of conception.  This programme provides a comprehensive guide to making changes to diet, nutrition, and lifestyle to optimise the health of both partners.  It includes relaxation techniques which I incorporate into reflexology sessions and which you can include between sessions to help to reduce stress and create more balance in your life. This programme has been created for couples wishing to conceive naturally or if they are embarking on IVF or other assisted reproductive technology. 

When we meet for the first time we will go through your medical history which includes a full fertility consultation so if you have collected temperature charts, please bring them.  Using the information you share with me I will tailor a unique treatment programme for you.  The reflexology sessions have been designed to focus on key reflexes involved in reproductive health and bring them into balance.
